The goal of Underground On Top is to bring exposure to the many talented artists who are chasing their dreams and trying to make a better life for themselves. Our primary focus is on Underground Hip Hop but we are not limited to Underground Hip Hop. We support anyone making moves and doing it independently, any artist from any music genre, painters, graphic/web designers, producers/engineers, etc.! Whatever you do we welcome you to the UOT family and offer our support with open arms!
