Apparel:

*PLEASE DO NOT CUT YOUR PACKAGE OPEN! ANY damage done from doing this will not be eligible for return.


Garment Care:

Turn your apparel inside out before washing to preserve the life of your graphic. When washing your garments we suggest machine wash cold and tumble dry low. You can also reference the tag for other tips and suggestions. 

Loose ends are completely normal on any shirt. We do not recommend cutting them! Try knotting them instead and any extra string past the knot can be cut off safely.


Exchanges:

Exchanges must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. Only size changes are accepted. We can not change the style, color, or design for any reason. Sale items can not be exchanged for any reason. If you need to make an adjustment to your order prior to shipment send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to adjust it for you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

If you are exchanging due to an error on our part send us an email and we will be more than happy to exchange your product.

 

Returns:

Undamaged posters and unwashed/unworn apparel can be returned for store credit (minus original shipping costs) and must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. 

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back you will be refunded in the form of a gift card via email. No cash refunds can be issued for any reason. Shipping costs can not be refunded. If your package is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any reshipping costs.​

Retired designs and sale items can not be returned for any reason. 


Incorrect/ Damaged Orders:

If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect item with your order, send us a detailed email as soon as possible and we will take care of the rest.

If your order was damaged in transit, please email us right away with pictures and a description of the damage.

*Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for replacement. 


Cancel Order:

If you need to cancel your order please send us an email right away. All orders are able to be canceled prior to shipment. If your package has shipped and you would still like to cancel you can return your order for a refund minus original shipping costs so long as your product is undamaged and/or unworn.
